the hotel location was perfect. everything i needed was nearby. beautiful shopping streets and many restaurants surrounded the hotel. the staff was cute!

The reception service exceeded my expectations. I received a room upgrade during check in.
The air conditioning did not work properly in the suite offered to me. Water was left in the coffee machine. It looked milky and dirty.
